• Local delivery and pickup services
• Catering, events and wholesale supply (by agreement)
Product descriptions, images and weights are indicative. Minor variations may occur due to handmade preparation.

4. Food Safety & Consumption Responsibility
By purchasing from Bella’s Food, you acknowledge that:
• Hot food is intended to be consumed shortly after delivery or pickup
• Frozen or raw products must be stored, handled and cooked correctly
• Cooking instructions must be followed where provided
• Some products may contain allergens (e.g. gluten, dairy, eggs)
We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, reheating, handling or cooking after delivery or pickup.

When placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the selected payment method
• You understand the nature of the food purchased (hot, frozen, raw or ready-to-cook)
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders at our discretion.

6. Pricing & Payments
• All prices are displayed in AUD
• Prices may include GST where applicable
• Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and approved third-party providers
We do not store full payment card details.

7. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery options, fees and eligible postcodes are shown at checkout.
Local pickup:
• Available by appointment or during stated pickup times
• Customers are responsible for timely collection
Risk transfers to the customer once the order is delivered or collected.

8. Cancellations & Refunds
Standard Orders
Orders may be cancelled with at least 5 days’ notice before the scheduled delivery or pickup date for a full refund.
Due to food safety regulations:
• We do not accept returns of food products
• Refunds are not available for orders already prepared, dispatched or collected
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
Catering / Events / Custom Orders
Custom, catering or event orders may be subject to separate cancellation terms, which will be provided at the time of booking.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
