Bella’s Food offers local pickup and local delivery options to ensure freshness and quality across all our products.

 

1. Pickup (Free)

Customers can choose store pickup at no extra cost.

  • Pickup times and dates are selected at checkout
  • Pickup is by appointment or during available time slots
  • Orders must be collected at the selected time
  • Risk transfers to the customer once the order is collected

 

2. Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within selected areas.

  • Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout
  • Available delivery dates and time windows are shown before payment
  • Someone must be available to receive the order at the selected time

Once an order is delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.


3. Delivery of Hot, Frozen & Ready-to-Cook Products

Our products may include:

  • Hot food ready for immediate consumption
  • Frozen products
  • Raw or partially prepared (not pre-fried) items

Customers are responsible for:

  • Prompt refrigeration or freezing where required
  • Safe handling and storage
  • Following cooking or reheating instructions

Bella’s Food is not responsible for quality issues caused by delays, incorrect storage, or improper handling after delivery or pickup.

 

4. Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No one available at the delivery address
  • Incorrect address details

The order may be returned or disposed of for food safety reasons.

In these cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

 

5. Adding Products After Checkout

If you would like to add items to an existing order for the same delivery or pickup date, please contact us as soon as possible.
