We accept order cancellations with at least 5 days’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, all food items are non-returnable once delivered or collected.
We also do not accept returns on:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or special-order products

Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
