How do I know if my order was placed properly? 

If you have paid and received your confirmation email, do not need to worry, we will process your order and you can expect to pick-up or to get it delivered to you on the selected date and time.

What if I come late for the In Store pick-up?

If you know that you are running late to pick-up your order, let us know in advance so we will try to keep it as fresh as possible but we can not guarantee the same quality.

 Can I add products to the same delivery date and time after checked out?

Yes, please contact us. We can add if the product is available.

How do I send a gift card to someone?

Simply purchase from our online store and share with the person you wish to gift.

Does Bella's food gift card expire?

Our gift cards does not expire.

Where to use the gift card code?

It can be used at the checkout. You just need to type the unique code.
