Can I cancel my order and ask for a refund?
Yes, however you have to contact us at least 96 hours prior to your scheduled delivery/ pick-up date.
If you contact us within the last 96 hours we may not be able to refund. Most of our preparation for each order starts 96 hours prior to the scheduled delivery/ pickup date.
Can I exchange the products that I have ordered?
Snacks - Yes, however you have to contact us 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery/ pick-up date. If you contact us within the last 48 hours we may not be able to change your order.
Most of our preparation for snacks are made within the last 48 hours.
Cakes and Sweets - Yes, however you have to contact us 96 hours prior to your scheduled delivery/ pick-up date. If you contact us within the last 96 hours we may not be able to refund/ change order.
How will I be refunded?
Automatic refund, you will get refunded on the same account that you have paid us.
Funds may take up to 10 working days to clear on account.
