Can I cancel my order and ask for a refund?

Yes, however you have to contact us 24 to 72 hours,depending on what you wish to cancel, prior to your scheduled delivery/ pick-up date. If you contact us within the last 48 hours we may not be able to refund. Most of our preparation for each order are made within the last 48 hours. 

 Can I exchange the products that I have ordered?

Snacks - Yes, however you have to contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. If you contact us within the last 24 hours we may not be able to refund.

 Cakes, Pudim and CheesecakeYes, however you have to contact us 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. If you contact us within the last 48 hours we may not be able to refund.

 How will I be refunded? 

We will do an automatic refund, you will get the refund on the same account that you have paid us. It may take up to 10 working days from the refund date.

 Can I add products to the same delivery date and time after checked out?

Yes, just contact us and if we have the product available we can add.

 How do I send a gift card to someone?

Simply buy it from our online store and send it to her/him, or share the unique code.

 Does Bella's food gift card expire?

Our gift cards does not expire.

 Where to use the gift card code?

It can be used at the checkout. You just need to type the code.
